Insurance
✦ Private pay / Out of Network Providers: Superbills available for potential reimbursement.
✦ We accept HSA & FSA.
Cancellation Policy
✦ 24 hour cancellation policy.
✦ Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
✦ Will always do my best to accommodate your schedule for a new time that works.
Payment
✦ We use a HIPAA-compliant platform called IVY Pay for all therapy session payments.
✦ Each session will be charged by this platform.
✦ A text message will be sent to you each time the card is processed.
Telehealth
✦ Online therapy & in-person therapy is offered in CO & ID.
✦ Office is located in downtown Littleton.
EMDR Intensives
✦ Offered only in person.
✦ 3 and 6 hour options available.
✦ No prior EMDR experience needed.
✦ You don't need to live in CO. You can travel here for the intensives!
✦ Pre and post sessions included.
