Meet Jordyn

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong passion for helping women ages 15+ process their thoughts, take on different perspectives, grow, heal, understand their womanhood and all that comes with it and truly find self-love within their authentic self.

I focus on understanding and regulating your nervous system, as well as utilize an integrative somatic, holistic, and strength-based approach.

I'm a Master of Social Work student with a clinical focus in mental health and trauma, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Denver. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents in high school and young adults navigating college, early adulthood, and major life transitions.

Frequently Asked Questions


  • The consultation is a 15-minute phone call where we discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions, and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

  • We are out-of-network providers and can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Our rates are: Individual Therapy $200/session, EMDR Intensives $700-$1,400, and Groups $75/session. We also accept HSA and FSA and offer a sliding scale on a limited basis.

  • Yes! We offer secure online therapy sessions for women throughout Colorado and Idaho, in addition to in-person sessions at our Littleton office.
